Help!!!! Photo Library doesn't appear in IMovie

Since I have loaded El Capitan on my IMAC, my Photos Library is not available in Itunes neither in Imovie. However, I can watch my photos with the app Photos. I have reloaded El Captan twice, the problem remains. I have rebuilt my Library several times, the problem still remains.

I do not know how to solve the issue. Is there somebody who can help me?
